Biography
Eyob Gobozay is an Eritrean technology professional whose journey combines hands-on IT problem solving, business process accuracy, and modern software development. His early years were shaped by practical service work, where reliability and clarity mattered as much as technical depth.
As a PC Technician at T.A.T Computer Technology in Asmara (2012-2015), he supported diverse clients by troubleshooting systems, upgrading hardware, installing software, and restoring critical data after virus attacks and drive failures. He also led workstation and operating system upgrades, helping clients transition from older platforms to modern Windows environments.
Alongside IT support, Eyob developed accounting expertise in accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and year-end entries. This cross-functional background now informs his development work, allowing him to design software that is technically sound and operationally useful for schools, organizations, and service teams.
